Dispatch Monitoring 24-Hours a Day:
Dispatchers working the Central Station are highly trained in the various
functions of their jobs, from utilization of the computer and electronic
equipment to alarm response procedures and public relations.
Eagle / CPS Security, Inc. maintains dispatchers on duty 24 hours a day,
continually monitoring Security Officer’s activities regarding:

Central Station Dispatchers are at the communication procedures. If
executives or managers need to be contacted, dispatchers have notification
information ready through the computer. Thus, Information supplied by the
officers on site would be immediately available to those persons who require
it.
Disposition Control:
Calls for service are logged into the system and require a disposition from
the Security Officer within a specific time window, depending on the nature
of the call. Any missed disposition from a Security Officer is immediately
brought to the attention of our dispatcher by our computer and appropriate
steps are made to correct it.
Radio Communication:
Central Station has direct radio communications with Security Officers
in the field. Patrol vehicles and supervisors. Direct dial to all Police,
Fire, and Utility authorities is employed. Eagle / CPS Security, Inc. has
mobile phones, radios, and digital beepers for additional communications
needs.
The center provides immediate response for our clients and
a radio-telephone reporting system.
A manager / supervisor duty team is always available.
The management staff at Eagle / CPS Security,
Inc. is always available to respond to client concerns. All problems are
thoroughly investigated and action taken as necessary. Any Security Officer
can be replaced at any time at the sole discretion of the client, no
questions asked. Our management responsiveness is a guarantee.
Report Critique by Supervisors:
All Security Officers assigned to the client location will complete Daily
Log Reports and Incident Reports as necessary. Supervisors review these
reports when they conduct post inspection tours to make sure the Officer has
a complete, concise, and informative report. Copies of all reports are left
at a location specified by client management at the end of each shift.
Post Evaluation
We do not forget our responsibility. Periodically, we conduct complete and
complex post evaluations to determine whether all requirements are being
met. Recommendations and findings are reduced to a written report for client
and management use.
Client Retention:
Eagle / CPS Security, Inc. and our valued clients tend toward long lasting
relationships. This is due to staff responsiveness, determination to resolve
client problems, and dedication to provide professional service. Many of our
partnerships have existed since the founding of our company.
Patrol Vehicles:
Currently, our supervisors and Mobile Patrol sites use pickup trucks with
the Eagle / CPS Security, Inc. and “Security” logo plainly marked. Each
vehicle has a safety light installed on its roof. Security Officers assigned
to vehicle patrol are trained in the proper and lawful utilization and
maintenance of these vehicle. This training includes state and local traffic
laws and the proper usage of the safety roof light.

It is the Eagle / CPS Security, Inc. policy that no one other than Eagle /
CPS Security, Inc. employees with less than three points on their current
driver’s license and over 25 years of age be assigned to operate vehicles.
Equipment and vehicles used in accomplishing job duties are expensive and may be
difficult to replace. When using property, employees ate expected to
exercise care, perform required maintenance, and follow all operating
instructions, safety standards, and guidelines.
It is a requirement that all employees notify their supervisor of any
equipment, machines, hardware, or vehicles which appear to be damaged,
defective or in need of repair. Prompt reporting of damages, defects, and
the need for repairs could prevent deterioration of equipment and possible
injury to employees and others.
A vehicle inspection report is required to be filled out on each shift.
The improper, careless, negligent, destructive or unsafe use or operation of
equipment or vehicle, as well as excessive or avoidable traffic and parking
violations can result in the requirement of reimbursement, disciplinary
action, up to and including the termination of employment.
